A conference host is always available if you have challenges, questions or special requests for the event.

The conference host also guarantees that all technical connections work and help with connections and anything else you may need.

Hold a successful conference

Our conference hosts have experience with most things and when they do not help you, you will find them at the reception in the conference lounge.

If you have booked a conference offer with one or two nights, you and your conference participants also have the opportunity to stay on board the ship and use the day for professional content, rather than going ashore in Copenhagen.
