The Strait of Gibraltar is the shortest maritime link between Europe and Africa.

DFDS operates at least two daily RoRo departures in each direction on the Algeciras–Tanger Med route for unaccompanied freight units. Comprehensive freight handling and transfer solutions are available at both terminals.
